Membership Agreement

This Membership Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into between Sensory Seekers (“Facility”) and the undersigned (“Member”). By enrolling in a membership, the Member agrees to the following terms and conditions:

1. Term and Renewal

  • Memberships require a minimum three (3) month commitment.
  • Memberships are billed on a monthly basis.
  • After the initial three (3) month commitment, the membership will automatically renew on a month-to-month basis unless the Member provides written notice of cancellation directly to Sensory Seekers. Cancellation requests must be received prior to the billing date to avoid further charges.

2. Children Under Age One

  • While “children” for membership purposes are defined as ages one (1) and older, all participants under one year old must have a completed waiver on file prior to entering the Facility.
  • Memberships are based on the number of eligible children included. When a child in the member’s immediate family turns one (1), the membership must be upgraded to reflect the additional child. The updated membership rate will take effect beginning with the next billing cycle.

3. Standard Membership Benefits

  • All memberships provide access to open play sessions during regular business hours, subject to availability. Membership does not guarantee space in the Facility, and advance booking is strongly recommended. Members will be provided with a unique code for booking.

Standard Members are entitled to the following benefits:

  • Access to open play sessions at the member’s selected Sensory Seekers location during regular business hours, subject to availability.
  • Discounted pricing on Birthday Parties and Party Room Rentals at the member’s selected location.
  • Access to members-only events, as scheduled by Sensory Seekers.
  • $25 discount applied to a birthday party.
  • 25% discount on regularly priced Sensory Seekers merchandise.
  • 50% discount on open play admission at our secondary Sensory Seekers location.
  • Standard Membership requires a minimum commitment of three (3) months. Written notice of cancellation is required. Cancellation requests submitted prior to the completion of the minimum commitment period will take effect only after the minimum commitment has been satisfied.

4. Premium Membership Benefits

  • All memberships provide access to open play sessions during regular business hours, subject to availability. Membership does not guarantee space in the Facility, and advance booking is strongly recommended. Members receive discounted pricing on Birthday Parties, Party Room Rentals, and select Sensory Seekers events.
  • Premium Membership is an add-on to the Standard Membership and provides additional access and enhanced benefits.

Premium Members receive all Standard Membership benefits, in addition to the following:

  • Unlimited access to open play sessions at both Sensory Seekers locations during regular business hours, subject to availability.
  • $50 discount applied to a birthday party or party room rental at the designated location.
  • 50% discount on regularly priced Sensory Seekers merchandise.
  • 20% discount on select Sensory Seekers events, as determined by Sensory Seekers.
  • A swag bag provided at sign-up. Contents may vary and may include items such as a tote bag, water bottle per enrolled child, and/or snack or drink voucher.
  • Premium Membership requires a minimum commitment of six (6) months. Written notice of cancellation is required. Cancellation requests submitted prior to the completion of the minimum commitment period will take effect only after the minimum commitment has been satisfied.

5. Reservations

  • Members must reserve play sessions online using their membership code to confirm availability.
  • Reservations are limited to two (2) hours per day.
  • If the Member wishes to remain beyond two hours, permission must be obtained from staff, and approval is based on occupancy and availability.

6. Membership Restrictions

  • Memberships are valid only for the child(ren) listed at the time of purchase.
  • Additional child(ren) may be added to an existing membership by contacting the Facility via phone or email to request an upgrade. Any approved upgrades will take effect on the member’s next billing date.
  • Memberships are non-refundable, non-transferable, and may not be shared with non-members.

7. Supervision and Rules

  • A parent or guardian must remain on-site and supervise children at all times.
  • All participants must comply with Facility rules and staff instructions.
  • Sensory Seekers reserves the right to suspend or terminate membership without refund in the event of repeated rule violations, misuse/abuse of membership, unsafe behavior, or misconduct.

8. Payments and Fees

  • Membership payments must be made on or before the due date each month.
  • Late or rejected payments may result in a $15 fee per occurrence. Repeated occurrences may result in suspension or cancellation of membership.
  • If a Member cancels their membership prior to the completion of their contracted term, the full remaining balance will be due immediately.

9. Waiver of Liability

  • Participation in play activities carries inherent risks. By entering the Facility, the Member voluntarily assumes all risks of injury, illness, or loss.
  • Sensory Seekers, its owners, staff, and affiliates are not liable for any claims, damages, or expenses arising from participation.
  • A signed waiver is required for all participants.
