Terms And Conditions

1. General Admission

• Admission is granted only to individuals who have completed a signed waiver.
• There is one free adult per paying child, each additional adult may incur a fee.
• Children aged 1 to 13 must pay the general admission fee. Children under 12 months are free with a paying sibling, otherwise standard general admission fees apply.

2. Waiver Policy

All guests, regardless of age, must have a signed waiver on file to enter the facility. Waivers must be kept on record and are subject to verification at check-in.

3. Supervision

Children must be supervised by a parent or guardian at all times while in the facility. Sensory Seekers staff is not responsible for supervising children.

4. Safety Rules

• Socks must be worn at all times; no shoes are allowed in the playground matted area.
• Only one person is allowed on the slide at a time, and sliding must be done feet first.
• No climbing on or up the slides, running, or rough play is permitted.
• No food or drinks are allowed within the playground matted areas. Outside food and drink is permitted in designated areas.

5. Facility Use

Guests are required to respect the playground equipment and other visitors. Sensory Seekers reserves the right to deny access or remove any individuals who do not comply with our rules or who pose a safety risk.
